I ve never been good at DIY projects especially when it comes to beauty but after mixing up some incredibly easy and effective beauty treatments, I m hooked. These amazingly affordable recipes are from Pretty Delicious, which has become my go-to for many of our Fianc Feast recipes (yum!). Grab some olive oil, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs and yogurt these treatments will exfoliate your face, smooth cracked feet, and deep condition your hair.

Exfoliate Your Face
Sugar and Spice Rub
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar with 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons quick oats, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg in a small bowl. Apply to your skin in a circular motion in the shower and rinse off.
Olive Oil Foot Rub
Before you go to bed, rub a few drops of olive oil on to your feet, making sure to get those rough areas. Put on cozy socks and in the morning, wake up to softer, moisturized feet.
Get Silky Hair
Conditioning Yogi Yolk Serum
Whisk 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon plain yogurt in a small bowl. While in the shower, massage into the hair and let it penetrate for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing.
